WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll travel by ferry from GuuhlGa Llnagaa / Skidegate Landing to Gaats’IlGundaay / Alliford Bay, then travel by Highway 16 to Sandspit to visit local artisans before we continue our tour to Diinal GawGa / Gray Bay. The recreational wilderness park is on the sandy shores of Diinal GawGa / Gray Bay and is accessed via a well maintained 21 km active gravel logging road. Diinal GawGa / Gray Bay is a great beach for finding shells and for exploring on long walks. We’ll spend time at the beach for long walks and swimming, ending with a catered picnic at Diinal GawGa / Gray Bay, then head to the nearby Secret Cove Trail which we’ll hike the ten-minute trail to explore this “secret cove” before returning to Graham Island.
