PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Payment may be made by debit or credit card. Full payment is required to reserve your tour. Once we receive registration forms and fees we can confirm your space.
Cancellation made in writing with 61 days’ notice: 100% refund.
Cancellation made in writing with 30 to 60 days’ notice: 50% of your tour fee, minus any additional, non-refundable payments made to other service providers. Or your choice of a gift certificate to be used within 12 months of booking when availability permits (non-refundable).
Cancellation within 29 days of departure: a gift certificate to be used within 12 months from booking when availability permits (non-refundable). No refund will be made for lost nights or services due to flight delays or cancellation, including weather delays.
Cancellation within 14 days of departure: NO REFUND. Ocean Edge Expeditions will work with clients to re-schedule cancelled tours on alternate dates; we strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance.
CHANGES IN SERVICES
Ocean Edge Expeditions reserves the right to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in its judgment, conditions warrant. Ocean Edge Expeditions reserves the right to withdraw without penalty any tour that it has scheduled and announced.
The right is reserved to decline to accept any person as a member of the experience, or to require any participant to withdraw from the experience at any time, when such action is determined by the guide to be in the best interests of the health, safety, or general welfare of the tour group or of the individual participant.
